The Realme Buds Air 2 is featured with an Upgraded R2 Chip to enhance the noise cancellation. The R2 chip combines powerful performance with ultra-low power consumption for a stable connection and a new wireless experience.
The Buds Air 2 is equipped with dual microphones for superior sound pickup. With the ENC environmental noise reduction algorithm, noise in the surroundings is reduced, making it easier to hear clearly during calls, even in noisy environments.
Likewise, the new R2 energy-efficient chip increases usage time by 80%, while the high-capacity battery maximizes playback time.Â
Talking about the battery, the company claims that these earbuds can offer 25 hours of total battery life. However, that’s with ANC turned off and volume set to 50%. With ANC on, the claimed battery life is about 22.5 hours.
Talking about the Realme Buds Air 2 Neo, The Realme Buds Air 2 Neo comes with a pebble-shaped charging case and Galaxy Buds-like earbuds. The charging case has an LED on the front and a button inside, which is for first-time pairing with a phone.
The buds now come with ear tips and thus, offer a better seal around the ear. Unlike Buds Q, the Buds Air 2 Neo doesn’t have the company’s logo on the touch-sensitive area. It is replaced with a rainbow-like design. The earbuds are also IPX5 certified and thus overcomes sweat and minor splashes.
The Active Noise Cancellation feature helps to reduce background noise with the help of ANC technology that helps you reduce surrounding noise by up to 25dB. It’s just you and your music, even in common noisy environments like the subway, trains, and buses.
