Amazfit GTR 4 and GTS 4 launching soon in Nepal

Amazfit had recently unveiled its Amazit GTS 4 smartwatch as well as Amazfit GTR 4 at the IFA 2022 event in Berlin, Germany. These smartwatches share similar features with different designs, dimensions, and weights for the look. They also have different screens and batteries. now, these watches are soon to be launched in Nepal as well. So in this article, we are discussing the Amazfit GTR 4 and GTS 4 launch in Nepal.

Features and specifications:

Similarities of the GTS 4 and GTR 4:

The GTS 4 and GTR 4 runs on a similar OS, Zepp OS 2.0, and are powered with similar features for both smartwatches. Furthermore, these watches are supported by Android 7.0 and above, and iOS 12.0 and above devices as well. These watches are useful with their health and fitness features such as 24hrs Monitoring of heart rate, sleep tracking, menstrual cycle tracking for women, and blood oxygen measurement as well. 

Both watches Amazfit GTS 4 and Amazfit GTR 4 have 154 sports modes and smart recognition of 25 strength training movements and 8 sports movements. These watches also have a water resistance of 5ATM up to 50 meters, and are, therefore, suitable for activities such as splashes, snow, showering, or swimming.

The rest of the GTR 4 and GTS 4’s noteworthy features include offline music storage, dual-band circularly-polarized GPS antenna, and route importing, which lets users import a route file to the watch and navigate it in real time. Both watches have Bluetooth 5.0, BLE, and WLAN 2.4GHz connectivity and come with an offline voice assistant as well as Alexa.

Differences between the GTS 4 and GTR 4:

While these watches share similar features, the few differences involve in their overlook including designs and display. There also are differences in terms of battery and endurance.

The GTR 4 can last up to 14 days in a typical usage scenario on a full charge, whereas the GTS 4 can provide eight days of endurance. the GTR 4 packs a 475 mAh battery while the GTS 4 has a 300 mAh cell under the hood. This also affects the weight in terms of the products because the GTR 4( 34 grams) is heavier than the GTS 4( 27 grams) by seven grams. 

The Amazfit GTR 4 has a circular design and sports a 1.43″ always-on AMOLED color touchscreen of 466×466-pixel resolution protected by tempered glass. The GTS 4, on the other hand, comes with a rectangular design and features a 1.75″ always-on AMOLED color touchscreen having 390×450-pixel resolution.

The sporty GTR 4 features color options such as Black, vintage brown leather, and racetrack Gray. similarly, the GTS 4 Catches the eye with pretty colors such as Infinite black, misty white, autumn brown, and rosebud pink. 

The GTS 4’s straps have two versions – Fluoroelastomer and Nylon. The GTR 4’s straps have a third option – Leather. The GTR 4 with 22mm straps while the GTS 4 comes with 20mm straps. 

Price in Nepal:

The price for both GTR 4, and GTS 4 has recently launched in Europe for €199.99 ($200). So the expected price for both watches in Nepal is around NPR. 24,999.
