Apple iOS 16.3 release
The new version comes with the option to add a third-party security key to the user’s account. The Security Key is designed to replace the verification codes that are sent to Apple devices when logging into another device, which is the standard method of authentication that Apple uses.
Similarly, the emergency SOS is updated to prevent accidental emergency calls. You can activate it by holding down the side button with the volume up or down button together, but the call won’t be placed until the buttons are released.
IOS 16.3 has introduced a new Unity wallpaper designed to celebrate Black History Month, which takes place in February. The iOS also updates brings out support for the recently unveiled 2nd Gen HomePod.
Recently iPhone 14 users were facing a problem where they would see weird horizontal lines on their display while turned off. So the display error also should be fixed.
Other bug fixes include Siri may not respond properly to music requests, and Siri requests in CarPlay may not be understood correctly. The Home Lock Screen widget also did not accurately display the Home app status. There was an issue with Freeform where some drawing strokes created with Apple Pencil or your finger may not appear on shared boards. The iOS address these issues.
