Cool 10 Vs. Moto G8 Power Lite- Overview
Design and Display
Like you would expect with any other phones of this price segment, both the phones have a plastic frame and IPS LCD HD+ display. But Cool 10 comes with a glass back whereas Moto G8 Power has a plastic black. Display on the Coolpad Cool 10 measures slightly bigger with 6.52 inches than the 6.5 inch on the Motorola. Moto G8 Power Lite has a fingerprint sensor in the Motorola logo with a vertical camera module at the rear. Whereas the Cool 10 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor with a Triple camera setup and coolpad branding on the back.
Camera and Software
Both the phones have a Triple camera setup on the rear. The Coolpad Cool 10 has a 16MP sensor as the primary camera and two 0.3MP lenses for depth and macro sensors. In comparison, Moto G8 Power Lite has a 16MP sensor as a primary camera, but the depth and macro sensors are slightly better than 2MP. In the video department, both cameras can shoot up to 1080p at 30 fps. For the selfies, both the phones have an 8MP camera that can shoot videos up to 1080p at 30fps. Both the phones have similar camera specs, with Moto G8 Power lite winning by a slight margin.Â
But on the battle of software, Cool 10 wins it with the default Android 10 OS. In contrast, Moto G8 Power Lite is still running on Android 9 OS out of the box.
Performance and Battery
Talking about the performance, Cool 10 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P60, whereas MediaTek Helio P35 powers the Moto G8 power lite. Both the phones have an Octa-core processor with four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.0GHz, and four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.0GHz on the Coolpad 10. And Moto G8 Power has four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.3GHz, and four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. Both the devices have 4GB RAM and 64GB. On the performance aspect, although the Moto G8 Powerlite has a CPU with higher clock speed, the Coolpad 10 outperforms the Moto G8 power lite with powerful Cortex-A73 cores.
And on the endurance side, both the devices have a 5000mAh battery. Talking about another similarity, both the phones support only 10W charging.

The Coolpad Cool 10 price in Nepal is Rs.16,595 for the 4GB+64GB variant. Motorola is priced slightly less, with the Moto G8 Power lite price in Nepal being only Rs.15,990 for the 4GB+64GB variant. Both the devices come only in one variant and are available on daraz and other retailers around the country.
