DJI has released the DJI RS 3 Mini worldwide for the global market. Recently DJI shared a poster, including the mini gimbal including DJI RS 3 and RS 3 Pro. DJI launched DJI RS 3 and RS 3 Pro back in 2022. Now we got RS Mini 3 as well so let’s immediately get into the details.
Built design and display
The DJI RS 3 Mini comes as a small, lightweight handheld stabilizer with a powerful payload capacity. The RS 3 Mini is about half the size of the RS 3 Pro, reduced by about 50% making it more convenient for long-duration use. It supports mainstream full-frame or APS-C mirrorless cameras, enabling a wide range of camera and lens combinations.
The RS 3 Mini features a 1.4-inch full-color touchscreen with a new UI for quick access to functions and common settings.
Performance:
The DJI RS Mini 3 comes with the same 3rd-Gen RS Stabilization algorithm as RS 3 Pro for Pro stabilization in any shoot. The small DJI RS Mini 3 reduces shaky movements and provides smooth movements with features like subject circling, tracking, and 3D roll 360.
Similarly, the new Dual layered Quick release plate features clear locking and mounting which prevents the camera to get loose. The Vertical mode and Horizontal mode have been upgraded as well to film in different modes. RS 3 Mini is equipped with a NATO port to support the installation of other accessories.

Operation :
The DJI RS mini 3 comes with Bluetooth shutter control like the DJI RS Pro which allows users to automatically pair their camera. Then they can control the video recording and photo capture functions of your camera via the record button on the gimbal.
Photographers can also customize the following speed and other parameters of RS 3 Mini on the touchscreen. Likewise other DJI Gimbal. RS 3 Mini sports an ergonomic front dial that rotates to adjust the focus, ISO, aperture, shutter, and other parameters.
Battery:
Enjoy the DJI RS MINI 3 experience for up to 10 hours of runtime. Or with quick charging, you can continue shooting for 2.5 hours. You can also use the gimbal while charging.

The DJI RS Mini comes at the price of USD $369. So the expected DJI RS 3 mini Price in Nepal is almost Rs 47,728. However, there aren’t any confirmations regarding the official launch in Nepal.
