Everything we know about Redmi Note 10 series

Lots of rumors are circulating on the internet about the Redmi Note 10 series. Earlier, we heard rumors like Xiaomi‘s upcoming Redmi Note 10 series will be powered by chipsets like Mediatek’s Dimensity 820, 720, and Snapdragon 750G. Now, three model numbers of smartphones are out that will be launched under the Redmi Note 10 series. According to the certifications, there will be two 5G devices: M2007J17C, M2007J22C, and one 4G device M2010J19SC.

It can be guessed that M2007J17C is Redmi Note 10 Pro Max that is likely to hold a 108MP rear camera setup, M2007J22C is Redmi Note 10 Pro and M2010J19SC is Redmi Note 10.

As much as we know so far, Redmi Note 10 series will come with an LCD panel display of 120Hz display refresh rate that supports FHD+ resolution. Also, they will have a punch-hole and oreo-shaped camera design on the rear side as per earlier leaks. About the storage and memory, it can be expected to come with 6/8GB RAM and 64/128GB internal storage. However, 256GB can also be a surprise from the company. They will run on android 10 with MIUI 12 on the top out of the box. Some other expected specs of the Redmi Note 10 series are:

M2007J17C (Maybe Redmi Note 10 Pro Max):

It is expected that the device will be the rebranded version of Xiaomi’s Mi 10T lite 5G from Europe as they go by the same model number. If it’s so then, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max feature 6.67 inches FHD+ LCD display that has a 120Hz display refresh rate. In terms of design, it will have a similar design to the POCO X3 global version. It will have a center cutout for the punch hole.

It is likely to be fueled by Snapdragon 750G 5G SoC. As per the leaks, it will have a 108MP ISOCELL HM2 sensor on the rear side which makes it the first Redmi device to sport a 108MP camera. It is expected that the device will be backed by a 4800mAh huge battery with 33W fast charging support.

M2007J22C (Maybe Redmi Note 10 Pro):

As per an earlier leak, it will have the punch hole on the top left of the device. The rear side will have a 48MP camera setup. There were numerous leaks about the chipset of the device which could possibly be one of Mediatek’s Dimensity 720, Dimesity 820, or 800U with a base clock of 2.4GHz. According to China’s 3C certification, it will come with 22.5W charging support.

M2010J19SC (Maybe Redmi Note 10):

Previously, Xiaomi has promised to bring more and more of their 5G smartphones, it seems that Redmi Note 10 series will have one 4G device. As China’s 3C certification suggests, it will have 22.5W charging support. Other than its charging support and model number, we don’t have much strong info on the device.

Price and Availability:

As expected, Xiaomi is launching a new 5G smartphone in price 999 Yuan (~17,840) by the end of the year 2020. It could possibly be one of the Redmi Note 10 series devices.
