From its latest innovations to being recognized for its significant growth, Xiaomi has been the talk of the town for quite a while. As per the recent report from Canalys, Xiaomi had surpassed Apple becoming the second-largest smartphone maker in Q2 2021.
And, yet again, Xiami has succeeded to outpace its major rivals Samsung and Apple becoming the smartphone vendor with the highest sell-through volume in the month of June 2021.Â
As per the report of Counterpoint Research, out of total sales in the month of June, Xiaomi held a whopping 17.1% of the sales. On the other hand, Samsung had a 15.7% share and Apple had a 14.3% share of the total sales volume.
Xiaomi has proven itself as a company that innovates and produces customer-friendly high-tech devices with its rapid growth. Since the launch of its very first smartphone back in 2011, Xiaomi has topped about 800 million shipments mark.
As per the Counterpoint Research, Xiaomi performed quite well across Europe, China and India as the market demand in the markets is normalized. The devices such as Redmi 9, Redmi Note 9 series, and Redmi K-series have brought about a significant increase in the sales of Xiaomi smartphones.
