Samsung Galaxy M32: Overview
Design and Display
Starting with the display, the Samsung Galaxy M32 sports a 6.4 inches FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the device has up to 800 nits of peak brightness under High Brightness Mode (HBM). While other smartphone price ranges have shifted to punch-hole notch for the selfie camera, Samsung is still stuck with the waterdrop notch.
As for the design, Galaxy M32 flaunts a prismatic design at the back, similar to Galaxy M12. The rear camera is arranged in a clean square setup with a LED flash below the setup. The M32 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor even though it has an OLED panel.
Performance and Software
Under the hood, Galaxy M32 is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. The device is coupled with 4GB RAM/ 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM/ 128GB internal storage. The device runs on Android 11 with Samsung’s One UI 3.1 on top. Mali-G52 MC2 handles the GPU.
Camera
Moving on to the camera, Galaxy M32 flaunts a clean square setup of Quad camera at the rear. The Quad-camera setup comprises 64MP primary sensor, 8MP ultrawide sensor, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP sensor for your perfect portrait shots.
Even though the rear camera of the M32 is the same as its predecessor, Samsung, on the other side, has degraded the selfie camera to just 20MP. The waterdrop notch at the top center of the screen houses the selfie camera. Furthermore, both the cameras of the Galaxy M32 can record only 1080p/30fps videos, whereas its predecessor could record up to 4k/30fps videos.
Battery
As for the battery, Galaxy M32 is packed with a massive 6000mAH battery. Based on the huge battery capacity and Super AMOLED screen, Samsung calls the device ‘Binge Monster’. You can Binge-watch your favorite series and dramas without any disturbances for hours.
The device supports 25W fast charging. However, another disappointment is that you get only a 15W power adapter inside the box despite the fast charging support.
