The first glance at the device gives us an opportunity to fall in love with its 6.9 inches Dynamic AMOLED 2X capacitive touchscreen with QHD+ resolutions (1440 x 3200 pixels) and 20:9 aspect ratio. The Always-on display of S20 Ultra offers us a 120Hz screen refresh rate as well as provides us the HDR+ allowing us to enjoy our HDR content. The device is protected by an aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass 6 on the front and back.

These processors along with the combination of 120Hz screen refresh rate and a background game booster provide a fantastic gaming experience. Along with this, we get 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB of UFS 3.0 internal storage which shall be expandable via microSDXC card.

The S20 Ultra is backed by a Non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging, 15W fast Qi/PMA wireless charging, and 9W reverse wireless charging and USB power delivery 3.0. The device runs on One UI 12 on the top of Android 10. The S20 Ultra released in Nepal is a non-5G version.
