Firstly, comparing the design of both devices, they come with different designs. The Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G is featured with a quad-camera setup at the back panel that is placed under a single camera bump as a whole. Whereas the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G has a quad-camera setup each sensor has its separate bumps. Likewise, the Samsung Galaxy S22 5G has Stylus inside the box that was missing on the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. Further, Galaxy S22 Ultra featured the latest Android 12 software with One UI 4.1 skin on top.
