It has been expected that there will be a major change in the chipset. Leaks suggest, Samsung Galaxy A7 will come with a UNiSOC T618 Octa-core chipset, which is made from the TSMC 12nm FINFET process.
It will have two ARM cortex A75 clocked up to 2.0GHz and six Cortex A55, one also clocks up to 2.0Ghz. We might also see LTE connectivity options. It will get 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
