Likewise, the chipset is integrated with Adreno 644 GPU that supports HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG. The benchmark score according to Nanoreview for Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 is 557113 on AnTuTu 9 and 3093 on 3D Mark Wild Life Performance. Whereas for Geekbench 6 score as per Notebookcheck, the chipset has a single-core score of 934 and a multi-core score of 2571.

Unite4Buy had tested the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset using Oppo Reno 8 and Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G NE. Where they are able to achieve 60fps in PUBG mobile, PUBG New State, Call of Duty: Mobile, Fortnite, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang while Genshin impact gets 58Fps.
Honor 90 5G: Launching Soon in Nepal with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Chipset
The Honor 90 5G is a higher mid-range smartphone that ticks a lot of boxes for customers that look to buy one. Whereas now the device is soon launching in Nepal along with its affordable device Honor 90 Lite. Talking on the specification of Honor 90 5G features a 6.7 inches AMOLED screen with a 120hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution (1200 x 2664 Pixels).
Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset with an Accelerated edition paired with an Octa-core CPU that has a max clock speed of 2.5Ghz whereas for graphics the device gets Adreno 644 GPU. Likewise, the Honor 90 5G is configured with 8/12/16GB RAM and 256/512GB internal storage.
Coming to Honor 90 5G packs a triple camera setup at the back featuring a 200MP main sensor along with a 12MP ultra-wide and 2MP depth. Whereas at the front the device gets a 50MP ultra-wide single sensor. Under the hood Honor 90 5G packs a 5000mAh battery paired with 66W fast charging supports.
Additionally, we were able to have hands-on experience with Honor 90 5G therefore we ran a few benchmark tests on the device. According to our test, Hono 90 5G scored 694328 on Antutu V10, 3159 on 3D Mark Wildfire, and 1101/2892 (Single core/Multi-core) on Geekbench 6. Whereas comparing these scores to other smartphones featuring Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset we found slightly higher scores on average as Honor 90 5G features a accelerated edition of Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.

Moreover, we also tried PUBG Mobile on Honor 90 5G and we were able to get the graphic setting up to Smooth and the frame rate to Extreme. The same performance we see on other Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset smartphones. Moreover, the Gyro-sensor on the device works accurately and has a no-delay. Therefore the Honor 90 5G for gaming is a good package smartphone and can be recommended to casual gamers.
In addition, Honor 90 5G with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated edition chipset is pretty serious about cooling the device with a 4483 mm2 vapor chamber and 1270 copper wires in a dense woven mesh to dissipate the heat.
