After all those leaks and rumors, Huawei has finally launched its foldable pocket phone, Huawei P50 Pocket. It’s the first clamshell foldable from the company, while Huawei already has three folding phones under the “Mate X” series. Here, we will be looking at the specs and features of the Huawei P50 Pocket along with its price in Nepal.

Design and display:
The Huawei P50 Pocket comes with a foldable design which can be seen in Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 as well. Here, we can see two displays: one that is a cover display, and the other is a foldable display.
The main display comes in a size of 6.9 inches Foldable OLED screen with 1B colors and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also comes with a resolution of 1188 x 2790 pixels. While the cover display is a 1.04 inch OLED screen. The cover display also comes with a resolution of 340 x 340 pixels.
The cover screen gives you quick access to notifications, incoming calls, and the camera. In addition, it even supports app widgets. Thus, you can control music playback and even use maps when the phone is folded.
Performance:
Talking about the performance, Huawei P50 Pocket is featured with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor that is built under 5nm architecture. The 5nm chipset is featured with an octa-core processor with one Kryo 680 clocked at 2.84 GHz, three Kryo 680 clocked at 2.42 GHz, and four Kryo 680 clocked at 1.80 GHz. Whereas, Adreno 660 handles the graphics of the device. You can get this device in two storage variants: 256/8GB RAM and 512/12GB RAM.
Camera:
Talking about cameras, the Huawei P50 Pocket is featured with a triple camera setup that comes in a circular design. Here, the main camera is a 40 MP, f/1.8 aperture main camera. Supporting the main camera, there is a 13 MP, f/2.2 aperture ultrawide camera with an angle view of 120˚. Completing the triple camera setup, there is a 32 MP, f/1.8 aperture Super Spectrum sensor. The main camera can record videos up to 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/120/240fps.
At the front, there is a 10.7 MP, f/2.2 aperture single selfie camera. The front camera can record videos up to 4K@30fps, 1080p@30fps.
Other features:
Huawei P50 Pocket features a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging support of 40W. Huawei has included a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometrics.
