Infinix is a Chinese brand with the company’s essence “the future is now”, which is to bring the latest technology in the market. Previously, we’ve talked about two smartphones from the company, Infinix Hot 9 Play and Infinix Note 7. Now, Infinix has launched Infinix Zero 8 in Indonesia. This is the first smartphone from the manufacturer to feature a 90Hz display refresh rate.
Specs of Infinix Zero 8:
Infinix Zero 8 comes with an IPS LCD display measuring 6.85 inches that support FHD+ resolution. It has a 90Hz display refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The fingerprint sensor is a power button that is side-mounted on the smartphone.
The device is powered by Mediatek’s Helio G90T processor with a variant having 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that is expandable via microSD slot. Android 10 OS is hooked up with XOS 7 of Infinix to run the smartphone.
Talking about its camera, it comes with a rhombus-shaped rear quad camera having a primary camera of 64MP Sony IMX686 that is able to take videos at 4k and EIS. Other cameras that come attached in the bumps are 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP depth lens, and 2MP low light camera. The front camera is a punched-hole pill-shaped dual camera of 48MP main camera and 8MP ultra-wide camera.
The phone is backed with 4,500mAh battery which has the fastest charger from the manufacturer i.e. 33W supercharge. It uses a Type-C port to charge the battery.
Price and Availability:
The smartphone is launched in price IDR 3,799,000 (~NPR 30,712) for 8GB+128GB variant. It will go on sale from August 31 in Indonesia while it is said to go on sale from the 1st of September in the international market.
