Nepal Telecom one of the reputed telecommunication service providers is celebrating its 19th anniversary with honor and aims to continue providing advanced services in the coming times. At the same time, the company has also introduced new offers as well as the long-anticipated 5G test trials on the occasion. Let’s check them out.
Internal testing of the 5G Network begins
NTC is the first company to bring a 5G network to Nepal and is starting its test trials in the company’s offices. However, 5G Testing isn’t available to the general public and available only to a limited number of company employees. As for now, the test is being conducted by the company from its offices in Babarmahal and Sundhara.
Nepal Telecommunication Authority has provided a 60 MHz frequency under the 2600 MHz band for testing. The company plans to take forward what was found out from the test and start using it for commercial purposes. Also, after some time, testing will be started in Pokhara as well, as stated by the company.
Nepal telecom’s 19th anniversary offers
Anniversary Data offers:
The special 19th-anniversary offer includes three data offers. Customers can enjoy 6 GB of data for Rs 98 for three days. Similarly in the second option customer can use 20 GB of Data for Rs. 294 valid for 10 days. Since there’s an option for unlimited data as well, there’s a new offer for 100 minutes of on-net calls for 49 rupees for one day.
