OnePlus 9RT 5G launched In India at INR 42,999

OnePlus has finally launched OnePlus 9RT in India. The OnePlus 9RT 5G itself is a powerful device coming with last year’s flagship Snapdragon processor. Here, we will be talking about the specs and features along with the expected OnePlus 9RT price in Nepal.

Some of the highlight features of the OnePlus 9RT are; 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 888 SoC, 65W fast charging support, etc.

Design and display:

The OnePlus 9RT is featured with a large screen of 6.62 inches AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device also comes with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Likewise, the device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass also coming with an always-on display.

Talking about the design, the OnePlus 9RT is featured with a triple camera setup at the back that comes in a rectangular box. There is also a OnePlus logo attached at the back. At the front, there is a single selfie camera in a punch-hole design.

Performance:

OnePlus 9RT is featured with the latest Snapdragon 888 processor that is built under 5nm architecture. The 5nm chipset features an octa-core processor that is clocked at 2.84 GHz. Likewise, the device is featured with an Android 11 operating system with OxygenOS 11 skin on top. You can get this device in two storage variants: 8GB/128GB ROM, and 12GB/256GB ROM

Camera:

Talking about the camera, the OnePlus 9RT features a triple camera setup where the main camera is 50MP IMX776 f/1.8 aperture that also features OIS allowing one to take awesome photos. Likewise, there is a 16 MP, f/2.2 aperture ultrawide camera with an angle view of 123˚. Completing the triple camera setup, there is a 2 MP, f/2.4 aperture macro camera. The main camera can record videos up to 4K@30/60fps and 1080p@30/60/240fps.

At the front, there is a 16 MP, f/2.4 aperture single camera that can record videos up to 1080p@30fps.

OnePlus 9RT features a 4500 mAh battery which is quite disappointing looking at the price of the device. However, the 65W fast charging support covers the battery life. There is an under-display fingerprint scanner.

For now, the OnePlus 9RT 5G is only launched in China and India but we might this device sooner or later in Nepal too. The starting price of the OnePlus 9RT is INR 42,999 for the 8/128GB and INR 46,999 for the 12/256GB variant in India. We expect the price of the OnePlus 9RT in Nepal to start at Rs 75,000 if and when it launches here.
