OnePlus Nord CE 2 launched In Nepal with Dimensity 900 and 65W fast charging support

OnePlus Nord CE 2 has been launched in Nepal. OnePlus was known as an enthusiast brand, launching devices with the latest specs and features which attracted lots of tech nerds. But now, OnePlus deals also in budget and mid-range categories with its N, Nord, and CE series of devices. One such device in this series, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 is launched, successor to the last year’s OnePlus Nord CE. Now the officials are working on launching the device in the Nepali market. Today in this article let’s have a closer look into the specs and features of the One Plus Nord CE 2 and the official price of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 in Nepal. 

OnePlus Nord CE 2 Overview:

Design and Display 

One Plus Nord CE 2 is featured with a 6.43 inches AMOLED display with support of a 90Hz refresh rate panel. The device also comes with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The device is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 at the front. But it is not clear about the built quality of the back panel.

Talking about the design, the device features a camera design similar to the one found on Find X3 Pro, which is flushed with the back. There is a triple camera setup at the back panel with a standard OnePlus logo at the middle of the back panel. At the front, there is a single selfie camera in a punch-hole design that is placed at the top-right of the screen. Similarly, the device weighs 173g with a thickness of 7.8mm.

Performance & Software

OnePlus Nord CE 2 is powered by Dimensity 900 SoC coupled with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. It is an octa-core 5G CPU fabricated under 6nm architecture along with A78 CPU cores clocked up to 2.4Ghz. Along with this, we will be getting 6/8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. 

Talking about the software, the Nord CE 2 will launch with Android 11 out of the box with Oxygen OS 12 on top. This is kind of a bummer cause, even since months after the launch of Android 12, OnePlus has gone with an older version with this one. 

Camera 

Talking about the optics, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 is featuring a triple camera setup at the back with 64 MP, f/1.8 Primary Camera with Omnivision Sensor. Along with that, we have 8 MP, f/2.2, (ultrawide) shooter, and 2 MP, f/2.4, (macro) shooter. While at the front, inside the punch hole we get a 16MP f/2.4 shooter. With this setup, the device can record 4K videos up to 30fps from the rear, and the front one caps out at 1080P@30fps. 

Battery and rest of the features 

In the battery department, we are getting a 4500 mAh cell with 65W fast charging, where the charging box is provided in the box. It also features a 3.5mm jack too. Talking about the connections, we have support for Dual-band Wifi and WIFI 6 along with Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC. The device will also have an under-display optical fingerprint scanner.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 Price in Nepal and Availability 

OnePlus Nord CE 2 has been officially launched in Nepal. The device is available in Blue and Grey color variants. The official price of the OnePlus Nord CE2 in Nepal is NPR. 47,499 for 8GB/128GB variant. You also get one year of screen breakage insurance. As of now, only the 8/128GB variant of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 has been launched in Nepal.
