Oppo A76 OverviewÂ
Design and Display :
Oppo A76 delivers a sleek design with a plastic build. Upfront we get a 6.56 inches HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display supports 600 nits of maximum brightness and has a 269 PPI. At the back, we get a matt finish with a dual-camera setup.
The device is 8.4 mm thin and weighs around 189 gm. At the front, we get a punch hole that houses the single selfie camera.
Performance & Software
On the performance side of things, Oppo A76 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 SoC with Adreno 610 GPU. It is an octa-core SoC with 4×2.4 GHz Kryo 265 Gold & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo 265 Silver CPU cores. This 6nm processor is efficient and decently powerful at the same time. Along with the SoC, we get 6GB RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. This is the same SoC, which we previously saw on devices like Realme 9i, Vivo Y33T, and Redmi Note 11.
Talking about the software we get Android 11 with Oppo’s own, ColorOS 11.1 on top. Color OS is featured rich and has some of the best camera optimizations.
Camera:
Talking about the Camera, Oppo A76 features a decently specced dual camera setup at the back. We get a 13MP f/2.2 Primary Camera with PDAF, along with this we get a 2 MP, f/2.4 depth sensor for portrait images. On the front, inside the punch hole, we have an 8 MP, f/2.0 selfie shooter. The device is capable of recording Full HD videos at 30fps from both rear and front camera setup.
