After a long battle for 4 days, Stalwart Esports has placed themselves at the top of 16 teams in the final of the PMPL South Asia Championship Spring 2022. It was not an easy win for them too as T2K(Trained to Kill) crawled through the bottom to the second position with 273 points and Jyanmara, from the beginning gave them a hard time and ended with 258 points at the third position. However, Stalwart took over the throne with a total of 323 points.
Prize pool Distribution
The PMPL South Asia Championship Spring 2022 was one of the most significant events with a USD $150,000 Prize Pool. Each and every team gave their best and fought fiercely with $40,000 in their eyes. However, it was handed to Stalwart Esports for their outstanding performance which led them to the first position in the table. Similarly, T2K and JM won $28,000 and $18,000 respectively from this event.
MVP of the League
STE Top became the MVP of the league with a total of 50 kills. He was one of the most consistent players who gave great support to the team in every situation. Although, Action and Pika of STE were also in 2nd and 3rd on the list of the most valuable player. Nofear from JM and Jane from T2K are placed at the 4th and 5th positions respectively. With this, STE Top received $2000 for being the MVP of the series.
With the championship title, STE will now look forward to the next global stage. As PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) 2022 was announced recently, the team will now undoubtedly try to give their best in this event aswell.
