The POCO C55 smartphone is rumored to launch soon by POCO after the launch of the POCO C50. The smartphone recently went through the EEC certification in Europe revealing smartphones’ support for Bluetooth and WIFI. Let’s get into the details of the POCO C55.Â

The POCO C55 was spotted with model number 22127PC95G at the EEC certification in Europe back in September 2022. The certification has been approved by Singapore’s IMDA authority. However, the listing doesn’t reveal much about the POCO C55’s specifications.
Except for the fact that the POCO C55 will support Wifi and Bluetooth, which is a general spec on smartphones.

As for the main highlight, the POCO C55 is supposedly debuting as the rebranded Redmi 12C. So the Specs of the POCO C55 will be similar to those of the Redmi 12C. The Redmi 12C was released back in China on New Year’s Eve.
The POCO C55 will come with a 6.71-inch display (LCD) with a resolution of 1650 x 720 pixels (HD+) and 500 nits brightness. Redmi 12C had four color options but let’s see what the POCO C55 launch brings.
Similarly, the rebranded phone will pair with the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and LPDDR4x RAM also eMMC 5.1 storage. Along with a 50 Mp rear camera, it will also have a 5,000 mAh battery with 10 W charging. At the front comes a 5-megapixel camera.Â
The Redmi 12C will launch in the international market as per tipster Kacper Skrzypek. It will be sold with and without NFC. Whereas the POCO C55 might not have any NFC. There aren’t any fixed dates or periods revealing the POCO C55’s launch. However, the listing and certification are a positive indication that the smartphone is coming soon.Â
