POCO X3 launched in India with a 6000mAh battery

POCO X3 NFC was globally launched in a global unveil event organized by POCO earlier this month. POCO X3 NFC is now launched in India today as POCO X3 in a specific launch event with slightly different specs than POCO X3 NFC. We’ve confirmed earlier about POCO X3 coming with snapdragon 732G and a bigger battery than 5160mAh which turns to be true. 

Specs of POCO X3:

POCO X3 comes with an IPS LCD display of 6.67 inches that supports an FHD+ resolution of 1080×2400 pixels with an aspect ratio of 20:9. It has a display refresh rate of 120Hz and touch sampling rate of 240Hz and comes with Corning’s gorilla glass 5 protection and IP53 rating for water resistance. It has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and AI face unlock features. 

The device is fueled with a Snapdragon 732G processor that can clock up to 2.3GHz. Three configurations are available for the device: 6GB LPDDR4x RAM + 64GB UFS 2.1 storage, 6GB LPDDR4x RAM + 128GB UFS 2.1 storage and 8GB LPDDR4x RAM + 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The smartphone runs on Android 10 OS with MIUI on top of it.

In the camera section, the front snapper is a single camera of 20MP housed in a punch hole. The rear side of the device comes with quad cameras housing LED flash support in a single bump. The rear cameras are of 64MP Sony IMX682 primary, 13MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensor. 

The device is backed with a 6000mAh battery instead of 5160mAh like POCO X3 NFC. The smartphone is bundled with a 33W fast charger in the box. It has LiquidCool technology 1.0 plus that has 70 percent large heat pipe and graphite sheets in multiple layers. This helps Poco X3 to run 6 degrees Celsius cooler than the predecessor.  

Price and Availability:

The pricing of POCO X3 according to their configuration are:

• 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage – INR 16,999 (~NPR 27,168)
• 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage – INR 18,499 (~NPR 29,565)
• 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage – INR 19,999 (~NPR 31,962)

It is available in two color variants: Cobalt Blue and Shadow Gray. It will go on sale via Flipkart from 12PM IST on 29th September. Regarding the availability of Poco X3 in Nepal, we don’t have any words from Xiaomi Nepal, but it might launch sooner or later.
