Realme 7 was first announced in early September 2020 and Realme 7i in mid-September the same year. After more than two months Realme Nepal has finally announced these two devices for the Nepali market. Let’s take a quick look over the smartphones along with their specifications and prices.
Specs of Realme 7i:
Realme 7i comes with 6.5 inches IPS LCD 90Hz display that supports HD+ resolution with an aspect ratio of 20:9. It comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint reader and the protection of corning gorilla glass.
It is powered by a snapdragon 662 (11nm) processor with Adreno 610 in the GPU. It runs on Android 10 OS with the customization of Realme UI on the top. It is provided with the microSD dedicated slot so that it won’t disturb the usage of dual SIM at a time.
The rear side of the device has a quad camera with a 64MP f/1.8 primary shooter accompanied by an 8MP f/2.3 ultra-wide lens, macro, and depth sensor of 2MP f/2.4 each. The front-facing camera is a single camera of 16MP having an aperture of f/2.1.
The battery capacity of the device is 5000mAh that comes with an 18W fast charger in the box.
Specs of Realme 7:
Realme 7 comes with 6.5 inches IPS LCD panel but with support for FHD+ resolution. It comes with a 90Hz of display refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio as similar to Realme 7i. It is protected by Corning’s gorilla glass and has a screen to body ratio of 90.5%. It comes with a side-facing fingerprint reader, unlike Realme 7i.
It is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G95 processor with Mali G76 in the GPU. Realme UI based Android 10 OS runs the smartphone. It also comes with a dedicated MicroSD slot.
The camera section quite similar to Realme 7i in that Realme 7 also comes with a 64MP IMX682 Sony sensor quad-camera where this primary camera is accompanied by 8MP 119° f/2.3 ultra-wide, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP depth sensor. The front-facing camera is a punch hole housing 16MP Sony IMX471 Sony camera.
The battery capacity of Realme 7 is similar to Realme 7i, i.e. 5000mAh but it comes with support for a 30W dart charger via USB-C port. It is able to charge the battery from 0 to 100% in 65min.
Price and Availability:
Realme 7i is priced at Rs.29,990 for the 8GB+128GB variant. Whereas Realme 7 is priced at Rs.35,990. Both phones will be available for purchase from tomorrow on Realme’s partnered retail stores all across the nation.
