Realme V5 is launching on August 3 with Dimensity 720 Processor

Realme is ready with its new series called V-series and the first phone of the V-series is going to be Realme V5. Realme V5 is set to be launched on the 27th of July in China. According to listing on Tmall, a few key specifications and the date for its sale are revealed. The sale will start from August 3 at 2:00 PM (local time) which is just after a week of the official launch date.

Key specifications of Realme V5

Realme V5 will have 6.5 inches LCD display with support for full HD+ resolution 2400×1080p pixels having pixels density of approximately 405 PPI. As from the revealed images that the phone will be coming with a punch hole in the top left side of the screen and the fingerprint reader mounted on the side of the phone.

The processor of the phone is a new Mediatek 720G 5G chipset which will be powering the phone. The phone will run on Android 10 OS. The two configurations for the phone are available: 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage which is provided with a slot to expand the storage up to 256GB max.

The rear section of the phone is coming with a quad-camera setup of 48MP+8MP+2MP+2MP. The front camera is 16MP snapper for a selfie.

The battery capacity of the phone is 4900mAh with fast charging support from USB type c port.

Realme V5 Price and availability:

There is no info regarding the price of the phone but the phone is expected to come with a price of less than $200. Three color variants of the phone will be available: silver, blue, and light of dawn.
