Xiaomi Nepal has launched a new budget smartphone in Nepal – the Redmi 10. It has Snapdragon 680 chipset and a 50MP dual-camera setup at the back. Redmi 10 Overview
Design & Display
Redmi 10 looks exactly similar to Redmi 10 Power (Indian variant) which itself is a rebranded Redmi 10C that was launched in the African market. Redmi 10 has a square camera island at the back housing the dual camera setup along with LED flash and fingerprint sensor and Redmi branding. It’s a full plastic back with a leather-like finish.
Moving to the front we have a dew-drop notch display. Even at the price, it has launched, it’s an HD+ panel with 6.71-inch IPS LCD screen size. This is a 60Hz refresh rate and has Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Moreover, it has a waterdrop notch for a selfie camera.
Performance & Software
Redmi 10 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 (6nm) SoC along with Adreno 610 GPU. This is a not-so-powerful, octa-core SoC clocked at 4×2.4 GHz Kryo 265 Gold & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo 265 Silver CPU cores. In Nepal, it is available with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB internal storage. This is the same SoC that we earlier saw on devices like Redmi Note 11 & Realme 9i. The device runs on Android 11 with MIUI 13 on top.
Camera
The device houses a dual-camera setup at the back. Here we get a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera at the back along with a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, you get a 5MP f/2.0 selfie shooter. With this camera configuration, the device can record Full HD videos at 30fps from both the rear and front cameras.
Other Features
Redmi 10 features a 6000mAh battery with support for 18W charging. Though inside the box, you get a 10W adapter only. With all this, we also have fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, and IR sensors. Along with Dual-band WiFi, we also get support for Bluetooth 5.0. The device is available in Black, Blue, and Green.

Redmi 10 Price in Nepal & Availability
The official Redmi 10 price in Nepal is NPR 18,999 for the 4/64GB model. It is also available in a 6/128GB variant which is priced at NPR 21,999. It will be available for purchase in Nepal via Xiaomi’s authorized retail stores all over Nepal from May 10.
