And today, Xiaomi Nepal has launched yet another smartphone that offers great value for money at its price range. Yes, we are talking about Redmi 9 that features Helio G80 Octa-core processor, Full HD+ display, and P2i splash-resistant body under 20k budget.Â
Specs of Redmi 9:
Redmi 9 has a plastic back, plastic frame with corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the front side of the phone. The phone has an IPS LCD 6.5 inches display which supports full HD+ resolutions of 1080×2340 pixels having an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.Â
It is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 chipset with a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. The phone runs on Android 10 OS with MIUI 12 on the top. Redmi 9 is launched in two configurations: 3GB LPDDR4X RAM + 32GB eMMC 5.1 ROM and 4GB LPPDDR4X RAM + 64GB eMMC 5.1 ROM. There is also a dedicated MicroSD slot to expand the memory if you want.Â
In the camera section, the rear side camera is quad-camera of 13MP f/2.2 (main), 8MP f/2.2 (ultra wide), 5MP f/2.4 (macro) and 2MP f/2.4 (depth) lenses. The rear side comes with LED flash support and a fingerprint sensor. The front camera is a single camera of 8MP with aperture f/2.0.Â
Talking about the battery capacity, 5020mAh battery is backing the phone with support of 18W fast charging technology.Â
Price and Availability of Redmi 9:
Redmi 9 is priced at Rs.16,999 for 3+32GB variant and Rs.17,999 for 4+64GB variant in Nepal. It will be available at Xiaomi offline stores and Sastodeal from August 2. And lastly, regarding color options, Redmi 9 will be available in three colors: Carbon Grey, Ocean Green, and Sunset Purple.
