Design & Display
As I told you these two devices have many things in common and that starts with there design. In both the devices we get a plastic body and texture back with the cameras inside a square hump with the brandings. Coming to the front we have a 6.53 HD+ inches display on the Redmi 9C with a dot drop notch design.
While on Realme we have a similar 6.5-inch HD+ display. Both the devices have dedicated dual sim slots and a separate slot for micro-SD cards. Even the weight of both devices is exactly the same at 196gm.
Performance & Software
For the performance side, we get MediaTek Helio G35 SoC with PowerVR GE8320 GPU in both of the devices. This is an Octa-core CPU with 4×2.3 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 cores. Here, Redmi 9C has a bit of advantage because it has a 3GB LPDDR4X RAM variant, which will definitely perform better than the 2GB LPDDR4X RAM base variant of both the devices.
As both the devices have the same internal, the performance will many depend on the software optimizations. Here, Realme C11 comes with Android 10 with realmeUI 1.0 on top whereas Redmi 9C runs on MIUI 12 on top of Android 10.
Optics
This is where we see a bit different in both the devices. Here Realme C11 comes with a dual-camera setup at the back with a 13MP f/2.2 primary sensor and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. Whereas the front it has a 5MP f/2.4 selfie shooter. Talking about the Redmi 9C, here we get a Triple Camera setup with 13MP f/2.2 primary shooter, 2MP f/2.4 macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, Redmi has a 5MP sensor and f/2.2 large aperture that Realme C11.
Both the devices are capable of recording videos up to 1080p at 30fps.
Battery
All this is powered by a 5000mAh battery on both the devices. Here both the devices only support 10W charging via the micro-USB port. It might be a pain to recharge this large battery with just a 10W charger.
Pricing
Price is yet another factor where Redmi 9C wins against the Realme C11. Realme C11 is priced at Rs. 14,990/- for 2GB+32GB variant whereas, the 2GB+32GB variant of Readmi 9C is priced at Rs. 12,999/- and you get a 3GB+64GB variant for Rs. 14,999/-
