Redmi launched Redmi A1 back later this month in September in India. It is a budget smartphone which got launched with a Stock Android v12-based operating system. Meanwhile, according to our sources, the good news here is, this entry-level smartphone will get launched in Nepal by the end of this week.
Moreover, Amit Panda, the GM of the Xiaomi division of Nepal has shared a post on his official social media platform declaring the Redmi A1 to be launching soon in Nepal. So, in this article, we will discuss everything we know about Redmi A1 price in Nepal with its specifications, features, and availability.
Firstly talking about its specifications, Redmi A1 comes with a large 6.52-inch display with HD+ resolution on the front. Talking about the display design we get a drop notch or what Samsung likes to call an infinity-v display.
Moreover, on the performance side of the device, it is powered by Helio A22 Chipset paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. We also get a microSD card slot to expand the storage further. On the software side, we get clean Android 12 OS, which means no MIUI on a 2GB RAM phone.
Redmi A1 features a dual camera setup at the back that comes with an 8MP primary and 2MP depth sensor. The rear camera design seems to be inspired by Xiaomi 12 series. Whereas, on the front, we have a 5MP camera for taking selfies.
This smartphone comes with a massive 5000mAh battery but sadly Redmi has included a MicroUSB port as EU and India are trying to make Type-C ports compulsory on electronic devices, so I guess we have to wait for a while. For connectivity, we get Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4Ghz Wifi, dual SIM, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.Â
Xiaomi India has launched Redmi A1 at INR 6499 for a 2+32GB variant which is around NPR 10,398. Therefore, the expected price for Redmi A1 in Nepal is around NPR. 11,000. Let’s see at what price Xiaomi launched this smartphone. Till then stay connected to us. We will keep updating you if any hot news arrives on the market.
