Redmi has Launched Redmi A1 and Redmi A1+ officially today. These entry-level phones were reportedly teased with leaks on the internet and have now been finally released officially. As stated by Xiaomi, the Redmi A1 comes packed with the latest Android 12, extensive battery life, and an outstanding display. Similarly, the A+ comes with a slightly higher price.
Key specifications:
Redmi A1 comes with a large 6.52-inch display with HD+ resolution on the front. Similarly, the device is powered by Helio A22 Chipset paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. As for software, the phone is powered by Andriod 12 OS, which means no MIUI on 2GB RAM.
Moving on to the camera, Redmi A1 features a dual camera setup at the back which comes with an 8MP primary and 2MP depth sensor. Whereas, on the front, we have a 5MP camera for taking selfies.
As for the battery, the smartphone is fueled with a massive 5000mAh battery with a MicroUSB port. For connectivity, we get Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4Ghz Wifi, dual SIM, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Similarly, the Redmi A+ includes a finger scanner. Both phones are available in three colors light blue, light green, and black.

Redmi newly launched phones come at a cost-cutting price with simple functions. The Redmi A1 is available with 2GB RAM and a 32GB storage variant. The A+ comes in two variants 2+32 GB and 3+32 GB variant.
