Redmi K50 launched with Dimensity 8100 and triple camera setup

With the launch of Redmi K50 Gaming as the first smartphone under the “K50” series, the company is now launching the base model that is the Redmi K50. The device comes with somewhat the same design as the K50 Pro. However, sure does have drastic changes. The Redmi K50 is featured with 6.67 inches OLED screen also, with support of a 120Hz refresh rate panel. With the large display, you will get a peak brightness of 1200 nits. Likewise, the device features a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. Further, the device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

Talking about its design, Redmi K50 packs a triple camera setup that comes in a rectangular-shaped box. There is a standard Redmi logo at the bottom side of the back panel. The Redmi K50 is featured with a 5500 mAh battery also, supports fast-charging up to 67W. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner placed with the power button. You get other sensors like an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and a color spectrum.

As we know, Redmi K50 is now officially announced along with the Redmi K50 Pro. The starting price of this device is CNY 2,399 for the 8/128GB storage variant whereas the 12/256GB variant costs CNY 2,799 in China.
