Recently, the company announced the official unveiling date for the Redmi K70 lineup, set for November 29 in China at 7 PM local time. The images reveal the phone’s attractive bezels and the display is expected to boast a “1.5K” resolution, 1,920 Hz PWM dimming, 1,800-nit peak brightness, 12-bit color depth, and an embedded fingerprint sensor.
Redmi has teased more details about the K70E, confirming a robust 5,500 mAh battery with 90W fast wired charging support. Despite the large battery, the phone maintains a slim profile at 8.05mm.
Previous announcements from the brand highlighted the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 SoC as the powerhouse behind the K70E. On the other hand, the Redmi K70 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, delivering robust performance. Rumors suggest a 6.67″ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, LPDDR5X RAM up to 16GB, and UFS 4.0 storage up to 1TB.
As the November 29 unveiling approaches, it’s expected that Redmi will gradually reveal more details about the Redmi K70 series.
