Redmi Watch 2
Redmi Watch 2 is an upgrade over the first generation. We have some significant changes in this iteration. Redmi Watch 2 features a larger 1.6” display with thin bezels compared to the 1.4” on the last one. This time we get an AMOLED display compared to the LCD. The Watch is powered by Apollo 3.5 chipset and supports 117 different sports modes, including swim tracking. The watch body is rated for 5 ATM (50m) of water resistance and along with this the watch comes with the usual sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring, now a blood-oxygen (SpO2) sensor. We also have support for NFC, though that might be exclusive just for the China region.
Redmi claims 12 days of battery backup in regular mode and the charging has been made easy with the magnetic charger than the charging dock like the last year. The Watch is now on pre-order at CNY 400 ($63/€54/₹4,700).
Redmi Buds 3 Lite
Redmi Buds 3 Lite features a “cat’s ear” design for a better and comfortable fit. The Redmi Buds 3 Lite comes with a 18Hours of battery life with the case, though the Pro model was able to pull out 28hours. The case looks compact with curve edges and charges via the Type-C cable. The Buds are equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 technology for connectivity and due to the fact it’s a budget earbud, we don’t get ANC here. What we do get is the IP54 rating. The Redmi buds 3 Lite will cost you CNY 100 ($16/€14/₹1,200), which is basically half of the Pro model.
