Vivo has launched its selfie-centric mid-ranger, Vivo V21e in Nepal. It has promising specs and features when it comes to the camera. It is powered by the decent and year-old Snapdragon 720G. Design & DisplayÂ
Looking at the design, you can’t deny that both of these devices look and feel premium to hold in hand. Redmi Note 10 Pro has Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both front and back, while the Vivo offers plastic on the back with protection specified on the front. Redmi Note 10 Pro weighs at 193 gm whereas Vivo V21e is lighter at 171 gm due to its smaller battery. You are also missing a stereo speaker setup on the V21e, which is present on the Note 10 Pro.
While talking about the display, the Note 10 Pro has a much faster 6.67-inch FHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate compared to just 60Hz on the 6.44-inch panel of the V21e. We get HDR10 certification on both displays.Â
Camera & SoftwareÂ
Redmi Note 10 Pro packs a quad-camera setup at the back with 108 MP f/1.9 Primary shooter, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide, 5MP macro, and the beloved 2MP depth sensor. With this, it can shoot video up to 4K@30fps and 1080P at 60fps. At the front, we get a 16 MP, f/2.5 sensor, which can shoot 1080P videos at 30fps.Â
While on the Vivo we get an exceptional front camera setup with a 44MP f/2.2 sensor with Auto Focus and can capture 4K video up to 30fps. Whereas on the rear we get 64MP f/1.9, a primary camera with PDAF along with an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP depth sensor. Vivo V21e can also record video up to 4K at 30fps from its rear camera. 0
Talking about the software we get Android 11 on both of the devices, where Note 10 Pro runs their own MIUI 12.5 on top whereas Vivo has its Funtouch OS 11.1.
Performance and BatteryÂ
On the performance front, there’s not much difference between these two devices. Vivo V21e comes with Snapdragon 720G and we get Snapdragon 732G on the Note 10 Pro. Here Redmi Note 10 Pro uses the latest UFS 2.2 storage while the storage used in Vivo V21e is not specified. On both of the devices, we get Adreno 618 GPU.Â
