Redmi Note 11 Pro Overview

Design & Display

In the design department, Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G has a similar footprint to that of the Note 11 Pro 5G. We get flat edges with a rectangular camera bump at the rear along with the glass back. While the front is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device also features a stereo speaker setup with one on the top and one on the bottom. While the side-mounted power button also works as a fingerprint scanner.

Now, moving toward the display we get a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz of refresh rate. The display has support for up to 1200 nits of maximum brightness with a pixel density of ~395 PPI.

Performance & Software

As I mentioned earlier, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G is powered by MediaTek Helio G96 chipset while the 5G model packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset. Starting forward, the Snapdragon 695 performs better than the Helio G96 processor. So, if you want good performance then go with the 5G variant.

Out of the box, the device runs on Android 11 with MIUI 13 on top. You get either 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM combined with 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Moreover, it has also a MicroSD card slot to expand the storage but it shares the slot with a second SIM card.

Camera

Here we get a 108MP f/1.9 Primary camera with PDAF support along with an 8MP f/2.2 Ultra-wide camera that has a 118Ëš field-of-view. On the 5G model, you get a couple of 2MP macro and depth lenses but on the 4G model, you only get a macro camera.

Upfront, you get a 16MP selfie camera. Unfortunately, the device is not capable of recording 4k videos which was possible in its predecessor.

Battery and Other Features

Redmi Note 11 Pro features a 5000mAh cell with support for 67W fast charging. The interesting thing is, when a brand like Samsung is removing chargers from their boxes, Xiaomi has provided a 67W Fast charger in the box.
