The Smart Band Pro has over 110 workout modes consisting of running, treadmill, cycling, hiking, and so on. BTW, it automatically detects three modes i.e. Running, Treadmill, and Walking. The watch has Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) tracking, heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, women’s menstrual health tracker, stress monitoring, and breathing exercises.
The band supports Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. It is compatible with both Android (v4.4+) and iOS (v10.0+) devices via Xiaomi Wear App.Â
