Design & Display
RedmiBook 15 Features a polycarbonate build with a brushed metallic finish. The laptop is 19.9 mm thin and weighs around 1.8Kg. Moving to its display, RedmiBook 15 features a 15.6-inch of FHD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. This is a bright and large display with a 60Hz of refresh rate. Here on this display, we get a pixel density of ~242 PPI along with an Anti-glare coating with an 81.8% Screen Body ratio and DC Dimming feature.
Performance and Storage
Under the hood, RedmiBook 15 is powered by an Intel i3-1115G4 processor with Intel UHD integrated graphics. This processor was launched back in the third quarter of 2020. Here we get 2 cores and four-thread with upto 4.10Ghz of max turbo frequency. All this is coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD. The RAM used is a DDR4 3200MHz stick, which is soldered into the mainboard and is not user upgradable. Also, the 256GB SSD is PCIe NVMe SSD, which too is not user-replaceable.

If you are someone who does not like to carry dongles then we have good news for you. RedmiBook 15 comes with total of 7 I/O ports including 1 x USB 2.0, 2 x USB 3.2 Gen, 1 x HDMI 1.4, 1 x RJ45 (LAN port), 1 x 3.5mm audio jack and 1 x SD Card Reader.
Moving on to the battery, we have a 46WHr battery which the brand claims to provide 10 hours of battery endurance. Though the battery life highly depends upon the type of your usage, as the CPU is not that powerful we expect the RedmiBook 15 to provide a commendable battery life. The device is packed with a 65W charger which can top up the battery upto 50% charge in 33 minutes.

RedmiBook 15 features a scissor mechanism key with 1.5mm key travel. Also the trackpad is decently sized and comes with Multi-touch support for Windows Precision drivers.
