Asus TUF is another most selling budget laptop in Nepal along with Nitro 5. It is separated into two types with respect to the processors i.e. TUF F15 (Intel) and TUF A15 (Ryzen). A few months earlier, these laptops were the most common preference for most of the people in the budget gaming laptop segment. But now, Ripple Nova has also entered the list of the best budget gaming laptops in Nepal. So after comparing Ripple Nova with the Nitro 5, it is now the time for Ripple Nova vs Asus TUF F15.

Performance
Both the laptops come with Intel Processors, however, the 12th Gen i5 processor is without a doubt more powerful than the 11th Gen. Thus, we can say that the performance will be better in the Nova with i5-12500H than the F15 with i5-11400H.
Similarly, the Nova comes with RTX 3050ti OC Max-P Graphics of 95W TGP which will once again prove to be better than the RTX 3050ti of 75W in TUF F15.
With that being said, Asus TUF F15 is not bad either in terms of performance in the budget gaming laptop segment. The only thing is Nova is the most powerful laptop currently at this price level. Performance is the biggest plus point for Ripple Nova in this comparison.
Display
Another Plus point for Ripple Nova is the display. The display of both laptops is quite similar however, the color accuracy helped t lift up Ripple Nova. Ripple Nova features a 15.6” 144Hz IPS LED Panel. The display comes with Full HD resolution and 72% sRGB color accuracy.
While on the other hand, you can see a 15.6-inch FHD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate in the TUF F15. This anti-glare panel boasts just 62.5% of the sRGB color gamut.
Thermals
The Nova comes with a standard amount of vents at the rear and back of it. However, it would have been better if this laptop had an intake vent above the keyboard. To cool this laptop, there is a dual-fan system inside the back panel of this laptop which produces a noticeable sound that won’t affect your gaming experience.
The previous year’s model of the TUF series had a serious thermals issue due to the honeycomb design. However, Asus has kept thermals in mind this time and has given a sufficient amount of vents with much quieter fans.
Price in Nepal
Asus TUF F15 despite having comparatively lower specs is priced too high in Nepal. On the other hand, Nova is just the opposite as it comes with a wider number of features and at a lower price point. However, it is up to you to decide on which gaming laptop you would like to go with.
