The Samsung A56 will be a mid-range smartphone, as Samsung’s Galaxy A series has constantly offered a blend of affordability and premium features. The Samsung A56 is rumored to feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED display and provide a substantial boost in CPU and GPU performance. This smartphone will most likely ship with Android 15 and One UI 7, and the user can expect four years of major OS updates.

Samsung didn’t announce the official date, but rumors suggest that it will be launched in early 2025.

Design and Display

Galaxy A56 is expected to maintain a sleek and modern design similar to the Galaxy A55. It will likely feature a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display providing a 120Hz refresh rate to provide smooth scrolling and better visuals. The display of the Samsung A56 may surpass the brightness of 1000 nits found on the A55, which will make it better for outdoor usage.

Performance

The Samsung Galaxy A56 is rumored to provide better power which can handle gaming and multitasking very easily. Galaxy A56 will be powered by Exynos 1580 chipset which is slightly better than the Galaxy A55. The problem with this processor is that the user will face heating issues while playing games and cannot beat the performance of a processor like Snapdragon.

Camera and Battery

The Samsung A56 will likely retain a triple-camera setup, where the main sensor is rumored to have a 50MP lens with enhancement in software-driven image processing.

Moreover, Samsung A56 is expected to have a 5000mAh battery power along with 45W fast charging. This could match the charging speed of Samsung’s flagship models like Galaxy S24 Ultra, and provide the all-day battery backup.

Conclusion

The Samsung A56 will be a strong contender in the mid-range segment as we can see some improvements in camera and battery backup. The expected price in Nepal is somewhere around 60-70k and could take some time to launch in Nepal even after the Global Launch. More leaks are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks, so stay tuned with us to get more information.
