The Galaxy A73 features a 6.7” Super AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung displays are always known for their top-notch quality and we expect similar from Samsung here too. We get a plastic built with a quad-camera setup at the back. The device is IP67 dust and water resistance and the front is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
Camera and Software
This time, Samsung is providing the 108MP camera setup in a mid-range device. On the Samsung Galaxy A73, we get a quad-camera setup at the back with a main 108MP f/1.8 camera which is optically stabilized. Along with that, we get a 12 MP f/2.2 Ultra-wide shooter and 5MP for each depth and macro camera. While at the front, inside the punch hole we are getting a 32MP f/2.2 selfie shooter. The device can record 4K videos at 30fps and 1080P can go up to 60fps from the rear camera setup.
On the software side of things, Samsung Galaxy A73 is running on the latest Android 12 with Samsung’s One UI 4.1 on top. Samsung has also promised 4 years of Android updates with this device.

Now let’s talk about the performance of the device as it is a major upgrade here. The Samsung Galaxy A73 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 5G SoC with8GB RAM. Talking about the SoC, it is a combo of a 6nm Octa-core CPU with 4×2.4 GHz Kryo 670 & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo 670 CPU cores and Adreno 642L GPU along with a triple ISP and a 5G modem (X53). Along with this, we will be getting 256GB of internal storage. Talking about the battery, we are getting a 5000mAh cell with 25W fast charging support.
