Samsung Galaxy F62 sports a massive 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus Panel with FHD+ resolution we saw in Galaxy M51. The display has an 86.7% screen-to-body ratio and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display has a punch-hole cutout housing the selfie camera.Â
The phone is built in a plastic frame with a plastic back and glass front. Dimensions of the phone measure 163.9 x 76.3 x 9.5 mm and weighs heavy at 218g. The back panel has a laser gradient panel with a quad-camera setup, and you can also see a Samsung branding on the rear. Although the phone has a Super AMOLED Plus display, the fingerprint sensor is side-mounted instead of an under-display fingerprint scanner.

Samsung has fueled the Galaxy F62 with a two-year-old flagship chipset Exynos 9825, which we saw in the Note 10 lineup. The Exynos 9825 is complemented by 6GB and 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Samsung Galaxy F62 runs on an octa-core processor with two Exynos M4 cores clocked at 2.73 GHz, two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2.40 GHz, and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.95 GHz, whereas the graphics duties are handled by Mali-G76 MP12 GPU. And talking about the operating system, the phone has an Android 11 OS with One UI 3.1 on top.Â
Camera and Battery
Like most phones we see in this price range, the Galaxy F62 comes with a quad-camera setup with 64MP as the primary camera. Like the Galaxy M51, the quad-camera is completed by a 12MP ultra-wide camera and two 5MP macro and depth sensors. The selfie camera comes with a 32MP sensor housed on the punch-hole cutout. Moving on to the video capabilities, both the rear and front camera can shoot videos up to 4k resolution at 30fps and 1080p at 30 fps.
