Samsung’s Infinity Display once again dazzles in Samsung Galaxy Note 9. With a 6.3 inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display it is the largest one yet in a Samsung Note series. It is powered by a 10nm 64-bit Octa-core processor (Max. 2.7 GHz + 1.7 GHz)Exynos 9810 or 10nm 64-bit Octa-core processor (Max. 2.8 GHz + 1.7 GHz) Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 (US market). Paired with either 6GB or 8GB RAM depending on whether you pick up the 128GB or 512GB model. Both models offer the microSD slots, allowing users to expand Note 9’s onboard storage by Sd-Card (up to 512GB) making up to 1TB of total storage.
Samsung is promising an “all-day” battery life with large a 4,000mAh battery inside, the largest ever to feature inside a Note series till now. The Note 9’s dual 12MP camera is identical to that of Samsung Galaxy S9+ but with added AI. Note 9 comes with a new and improved S Pen, with Bluetooth LE (Low Energy). Users can now also map the button of the S Pen to pause and resume music playback or make it a camera shutter button.
In addition to these, Note 9 features the “loudest ever” stereo speakers on a Samsung phone. A better placed rear-positioned fingerprint scanner along with Iris scanner, Google’s Android 8.1 Oreo, Bixby5, USB-C, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth® v 5.0, support for fast charging and fast wireless charging, IP68 dust and water resistance rating and Samsung DeX – (using an HDMI adaptor).
