Samsung Nepal’s new service makes it easier for customers to get their mobile phones repaired without leaving their homes. If your phone is under warranty and you experience any issues, you can simply call the toll-free numbers (16600172667 for Nepal Telecom and 9801572667 for Ncell) or send a WhatsApp message to 16600172667.
Once you make the call, a Samsung representative will come to your home within one day to pick up your phone. After the phone is repaired, they will deliver it back to you. This convenient service ensures that you don’t have to spend time and effort visiting a service center.
Currently, the service is available from the following Samsung service centers in Kathmandu Valley:
- New Road
- Sundhara
- Jawalakhel
- Bhaktapur
- New Baneshwor
