Samsung’s New Service Center Announced at Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu

Samsung is one of the most trustable and popular brands in Nepal for smartphones as it gets a huge network for sales and after-sales services. Whereas recently Samsung expanded its authorized service center network with a new service center for Samsung mobile at Mid-Baneshwor Kathmandu. Which is believed to provide a reliable and accessible service to all Samsung smartphone customers. Whereas Samsung’s service center will also serve repair-related services to Samsung mobile users with or without a warranty on their devices.

Additionally, as Samsung holds the biggest service network in Nepal this new addition will further enhance the company’s ability to provide timely services to their customers.

Samsung New Service Center Inauguration

The inauguration for this new service center was done by Sun June Park, Managing Director of Samsung Nepal, and Dikesh Malhorta President and CEO of IMS Group. While the ceremony was also attended by Samsung Nepal’s Director Mr. Pranaya Ratna Sthapit, Service Head, Mr. Rajan Bhattarai Sale Head of IMS Group, Mr. Kailash Iyer, and mobile distributors of the regions.
