1) High-performance Helio G80
Redmi 9A packs a new Helio G80 SoC. It’s an octa-core CPU with a maximum clock speed of 2.0 GHz. Compare to last year’s Redmi 8, here we see an 82% increase in CPU performance and 309% improvements in the GPU side with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz.

These cameras are capable of features like Kaleidoscope, Ultra wide-angle mode, Macro mode, HDR, Portrait mode, Panorama, and much more. Talking about the video capabilities, the device is capable of recording 1080p at 30fps and also 720p at 30fps.

 At the front, we get an immersive 6.53’’ FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 19.5:9 ratio aspect ratio along with 395 PPI.
