The device features 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Talking about the software, it ships with Funtouch OS 12.1 based on Android 12.
Camera
Vivo X80 Pro has a 50MP main camera with gimbal OIS and f/1.6 aperture. There is a 50MP ultrawide lens with a 114-degree field of view. Likewise, it has an 8MP periscope lens for 5X optical zoom which also has OIS. At last, there is a 12MP telephoto lens for 2X optical zoom which is ideal for taking portrait shots.
At the front, you get a 32MP selfie camera that has an f/2.5 aperture. Both front and rear cameras can record 4k videos. The main camera can go up to 60fps 4K while also having an additional 8K resolution.

The device comes with a 4700mAh battery. It supports 80W fast wired charging as well as 50W fast wireless charging. Likewise, it features an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner like the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
