The Vivo Y15s is featured with 6.51 inches IPS LCD that comes with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The device also features a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. Likewise, the device is built with glass at the front with a plastic frame and plastic back.
Talking about the design, the device is featured with a dual-camera setup at the back that comes in a square-shaped design. At the front, there is a single selfie camera in a waterdrop design. Y15s weigh 179g and come with a thickness of 8.3mm.

Talking about performance, the Vivo Y15s is featured with the Mediatek Helio P35 processor that is built under 12nm architecture. The 12nm chipset is featured with an octa-core processor with four Cortex-A53 clocked at 2.3 GHz and four Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.8 GHz. Whereas, PowerVR GE8320 handles the GPU of the device. Moving on to the camera part, the Vivo Y15s is featured with a dual-camera setup where the main camera is 13 MP, f/2.2 aperture. Supporting the main camera there is a 2 MP, f/2.4 aperture depth sensor. The main camera can record videos up to 1080p@30fps.
At the front, there is an 8 MP, f/2.0 aperture single selfie camera that can record videos up to 1080p@30fps.

The Vivo Y15s is featured with a 5000 mAh battery that also supports fast charging support up to 10W. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Other sensors include an accelerometer, proximity, and compass.
