Overview
Since the announcement of the Mi Band 7 by Xiaomi, the design of the wearable Xiaomi Smart Band 7 is mostly similar to its previous predecessor Xiaomi Band 6. We can expect there to be two models Standard Editon and NFC Edition. Whereas we can see 6 different color options. With two new Camouflage and Fluorescent color variants.
Design & Build
Xiaomi hasn’t messed with the design of Xiaomi Band 7 as its pill shape design is perfectly functional and comfortable with its small design. Carrying a similar design from the previous Mi Smart Band 6.
Display
Talking about the display of the Xiaomi Band 7 it features an AMOLED 1.62inch display with a larger resolution screen of 490x192px, which is comparatively larger than previous the 1.56inch display, 152 x 486 screen on the Mi Band 6.
Whereas the Mi band 7 is also likely to get an Always-on display which is also a first feature provided in the band series.
Fitness features
The Mi band 7 also features an additional fitness and health tracking feature making the band 7 more capable. With better fitness tracking, a 120 training mode, four professional sports modes, automatic workout detection, and an option for competitions with friends.
Additionally, the Mi band 7 also gets an improved SPo2 monitoring sensor. While the smart band notifies the person if the band read saturation below 90%.
Battery
With all of these new features, the Mi band 7 gets a slightly bigger battery to promise 14 days of normal usage. With 180 mAh battery which is just a small increase from the 55 mAh battery from the Mi Band 6.Â

In China, Mi Band 7 starts at CNY 249, while the NFC variant is priced at CNY 249. While in Europe the non-NFC variant of the band is priced at €59.99. While in Nepal there’s no official news on the launch of Mi band 7 in Nepal. But it’s expected to cost NRP 6999 for the NFC version.
