So today, we will be having a brief look into the Xiaomi 12, along with its specifications and features whereas we will also be discussing the official price of the Xiaomi 12 in Nepal.
Xiaomi 12 Overview
Design and Display
The Xiaomi 12 is featured with 6.28 inches AMOLED screen that features over 68B colors, 120Hz refresh rate, and gives peak brightness up to 1100 nits. The device also comes with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Likewise, the device is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus at the front.
On the back, the device comes with Gorilla glass and there is an Aluminum frame. The Xiaomi 12 features a triple camera setup at the back that comes in a rectangular box. At the front, there is a single selfie camera in a punch-hole design.
Performance and Memory
Talking about the performance, the Xiaomi 12 features the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 that is built under 4nm architecture. The 4nm chipset features an octa-core processor with one Cortex-X2 clocked at 3.00 GHz, three Cortex-A710 clocked at 2.50 GHz and four Cortex-A510 clocked at 1.80 GHz. Whereas, the graphics of the device is handled by Adreno 730. There is Android 12 software with MIUI 13 skin on top. Lastly, you can get this device in three storage variants: 128/8GB RAM, 256/8GB RAM, and 256/12GB RAM.
Camera
Moving on to cameras, the Xiaomi 12 features a triple camera setup where the main camera is 50 MP, f/1.9 aperture that comes with OIS support. There is a 5 MP telephoto lens. Completing the setup, there is a 13 MP, f/2.4, aperture ultrawide camera with an angle view of 123Ëš. The main camera can record videos up to 8K@24/30fps, 4K@30/60fps, and 1080p@30/60/120/240fps.
At the front, there is a 32 MP, f/2.2 aperture single selfie camera that can record videos up to 1080p@30/60fps, and 720p@120fps.
Other Features
The Xiaomi 12 features a 4500 mAh battery with fast charging support of 67W. There is also an under-display fingerprint scanner with other sensors like an accelerometer, gyro, and a compass.

Xiaomi 12 was initially launched at Rs 92,999 in Nepal for the 8+256GB variant. But today Xiaomi Nepal has dropped the price making it the cheapest smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor in Nepal. The new price of Xiaomi 12 in Nepal is Rs.87,999.
