Xiaomi 27-inch 4K Monitor, The First Xiaomi Monitor to have PENTONE Certification

Xiaomi has officially unveiled its first PANTONE Certified 4K monitor, which received the simple name “Xiaomi Monitor 27-inch 4K”. This new 4K monitor features a 27-inch IPS display with minimum frames, a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels (4K). Along with 1.07 billion colors, and a brightness of 400 nits. Firstly, it is specially made for designers. Moreover, the first PENTONE Certificatied Xiaomi 4K monitor has a color scheme of DCI-P3 99% and sRGB color gamut 100%. It comes with a ventilation hole to reduce heat. Focusing on cable management, Xiaomi has provided a magnetic cover to hide the ports in its latest monitor.

Comparison With Predecessors

MI 4K monitor is more reformed than its older 2K monitors. Comparatively, 2K monitors were designed for gaming purposes while the 4K monitors are designed for the designers and editors. This 4k monitor is a better choice for neatness as it has better cable management. Moreover, it has a better color accuracy and can be adjusted horizontally, vertically as well as hung on the wall. MI 2K monitors featured a 95% color gamut with an HDR display with a very refresh rate of 165Hz as it was designed for gamers.

Availability and Price in Nepal

The new 4K monitor is officially released in China. It can be preordered in China at CNY 3499. The global launch of this monitor is not announced yet. Xiaomi might announce the launch date very soon. Xiaomi 27′ 4K monitor’s converted price in Nepal comes around Nrs. 66000.
