Mi Band 6 launched in Nepal with blood-oxygen level tracking features

The Xiaomi launch event was huge, with Xiaomi launching Mi Band 6 alongside Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Lite, and other devices. Among the devices we saw in the Xiaomi Launch event, Mi Band 6 is the first device entering the Nepali market. Xiaomi Mi Band 6 Overview

Xiaomi Mi Band looks the same as its predecessor Mi Band 5 but gets a larger display of 1.56-inches. With 50% more screen real estate than the predecessors and a 326ppi AMOLED display, Mi band 6 have significant upgrades on display than last year. The display also gets tempered glass protection and an anti-fingerprint coating. And the Mi band 6 is also 5ATM water-resistant.

SpO2 tracking is another major upgrade on the Mi Band 6 with a blood-oxygen-level tracking feature, which is very beneficial, especially when everyone needs an oximeter. Besides, it also allows the Mi Band 6 to track breathing quality while sleeping, with REM track. With the PPG sensor, the Mi Band 6 can monitor heart rate 24/7 with heart stress levels.

Xiaomi has taken a great leap with the activity tracking in Mi Band 6 up to 30 fitness modes compared to Mi Band 5, which only had 11. There is an auto-detection mode for six activities; running, walking, treadmill, cycling, elliptical and rowing machine. 

Just like the Mi Band 5, Mi band 6 has a 125mAh battery with 14 days battery life on a single charge. 

Xiaomi Mi Band 6 Price in Nepal

Mi Band 6 was launched back in the Xiaomi Launch Event 2021 held in China. It comes in two variants NFC and Non-NFC, with 8 different color options; black, brown, white, blue, yellow, orange, green, and silver. But Xiaomi Nepal has only launched the non-NFC variant of Mi band 6 in Nepal and we only get the black color option. Mi Band 6 price in Nepal is NPR 5,999 for the non-NFC variant. Mi band 6 will be available very soon at Xiaomi’s authorized retail partner outlets all across the nation.
